GlexaMart Terms of Service

These terms apply to shopping at GlexaMart. Please read the product description and our shipping, privacy and refund policies before placing an order.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The checkout displays applicable shipping charges, taxes and the final total before payment. Product availability can change. Images illustrate the product; only items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase. Screen colors can vary.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error or another issue, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Processing and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Review our shipping policy for restrictions. Contact us promptly for cancellation or address changes; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy explains how to report problems and request a remedy. Do not send a return without written instructions. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
